The Master Batters threw a tough pitcher out there. Everything was falling short of the plate but it looked like a bach ball coming in, had us off balance all night. Big hits by Josh, McGrath, and MBags got us up early. MBags was the MVP of the game with some stellar D and some big hits all night. Our defense kept us in the from the start. Sweet played a great second base and Boonton, Crupi, DSull, and McGrath played an excellent OF. Ball was tough to see for most of the night and it led to some funny catches but we played solid.
We hit the ball hard all night (except for the multiple groundouts to the pitcher) but they always seemed to be exactly where we hit them.

Ringers are 6-1 heading into the dog days of summer.
